Understanding your experiences of Platform

We want to understand more about our customers' experiences of Platform and how they make you feel.

To help us do this we have put together a series of questions that we would love as many customers as possible to answer. Please take your time to think about the full range of experiences you have had with Platform and tell us as much as you can.

We will then use what you tell us to understand what areas we need to work with customers to improve.

The second phase of this project will be to hold some in person and online focus groups to discuss the feedback further, if you would like to be involved in these then please let us know on the survey.

  • Communal Area Decoration

    I received a letter a few months ago stating our block communal area was going to be decorated and the contractors details were provided along with the programme supervisors details. Two weeks ago the programme began and the whole communal area was painted within the week. Very pleased with the work amd area looks so much better thank you. P.S contractors were very professional. Thank You :)

  • Frustrated

    Contacted Platform Housing in July 2023 regarding the upkeep of the parking area where I live. It’s something I pay a service charge for. The weeds were waist high last summer. It’s been a year and no one has acknowledged my email regarding this. The weeds are still waist high and spreading.
  • Heartbroken

    This is my second time escalating a complaint for different things. If this doesn't get sorted to my satisfaction , I will have to think about moving and I have only just got it how I want. It will be heart breaking to move.

    Can I also add for all of us customers , how can we give you job numbers when it only shows case numbers on our portal page ?
