Heartbroken

This is my second time escalating a complaint for different things. If this doesn't get sorted to my satisfaction , I will have to think about moving and I have only just got it how I want. It will be heart breaking to move.

Can I also add for all of us customers , how can we give you job numbers when it only shows case numbers on our portal page ?
