Planned Works - Process Review Survey

Here at Platform we are currently reviewing how we manage our Planned works process.

Planned works include replacement door/s, new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows, roof works, replacement heating system, insulation works etc.

To help us do this we want to understand what matters most to our customers when they are having these types of works carried out in their homes. We are completing a survey with customers who have had recent experience of these works, but we would also like to hear your thoughts on this.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey (see button below) to help us understand what you would expect from this service. Note: You must be a Platform Housing Group customer to take part in this survey and receive the reward.

As a thank you for completing this survey, we are rewarding a £5 shopping voucher. Please note rewards are paid out quarterly in January, April, July, and October.

Learning from customer feedback helps us improve services for all customers.

If you have had any of these works done in the last 12 months you should be receiving an email inviting you to take part in a lived experience survey, if you do not receive this within the next few days please contact us via email: involved@platformhg.com and we can provide you with the link to the survey which is tailored to understand your experiences.

We are aware that several customers have been involved in similar projects across Platform Voices in recent months, please be assured that feedback already received will be taken into account as part of this project.
