Join Our NEW Scrutiny Workshops - How do we recruit new customers to be involved?

We’re trialling a new approach to customer scrutiny and we’d love your input! Sign up for one of our three pilot workshops and help shape how we recruit new customers to get involved.


Please note: Sessions will run from 10am – 3pm.


Why take part?

  • Your voice will help shape future involvement opportunities.
  • A £50 Prezzee voucher as a thank-you.
  • Lunch will be provided.
  • Reasonable travel expenses covered (these must be agreed by the customer engagement team in advance).

What’s the focus?

  • Review how we promote customer involvement through our website, social media, and Platform Voices.
  • Exploring ways to encourage more customers to have their say.

In the session, you’ll:

  • Review what’s currently online.
  • Ask questions and join discussions.
  • Share feedback and recommendations to help us improve.

Workshop locations:

  • Matlock - DE4
    Monday 27th February
    Sign up closes 18th February

There are additional sessions taking place in Worcester and Market Harborough. Please check these alternatives if one of them is closer to you.

Spaces are limited to 15 customers per session, so be sure to sign up soon to secure your spot!

A member of the customer engagement team will contact you to confirm your place.

To participate in this workshop and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.
