Have your say in shaping customers experience moving in to and out of Platform homes.

The Lettings team want to make sure that new customers have the best experience moving into their new home and when they leave. To help the lettings team understand better your experience they would like you to complete the survey below, you also have the chance to join a workshop where you can talk about your experiences moving into your new home and what to expect when you are leaving.

If you’ve recently moved to a Platform home or wish to contribute how new customers move to a Platform home then we want to hear from you!

We’ve drafted some ideas based on feed back we’ve already received from customers and colleagues and created some ‘User Stories’ of what we think you’d like to experience when moving in to a Platform home to make it easier for you and help you understand the process. We’re also trialling a new approach to support customers who are preparing to leave their homes with new End of Tenancy Visits and would like to know what you would expect when ending your tenancy

We’d love to hear from you about your experience of moving in to and out of your Platform home and would like to invite you to join an online session where you can hear about our ideas and tell us your thoughts.

We’ve set aside the following dates/times for sessions

  • 1st July at 10:30am
  • 1st July at 4:00pm
  • 2nd July at 10:30am
  • 2nd July at 4:00pm

Each session will be approximately 1 hour and will involve the project team talking through our ideas of what you’d like to experience, for example: “I want to submit my housing application digitally with all required documents submitted in one place so that I can avoid delays and reduce trips or manual paperwork”

If you’ve got any suggestions ahead of the sessions, then please use the survey below to submit those ideas and we’ll consider them ahead of time.

If you want to take part, please complete the section on the survey by 27th June 2025, Please note spaces are limited so if you can make more than one session tick the times you are available.

The online sessions will be held using Microsoft Teams. You do not need an account or need to download any software to join this meeting. To take part you will need a device with a camera and microphone, access to the internet, and an email address.

Once we have received your choice we'll send a link for you to join the meeting by email
