Welcome to the Platform Customer Digital Handbook

We’ve made this online handbook to give you one easy place to find helpful information about your home and your tenancy.

It’s for everyone, whether you are just moving in, have lived here for a while, or are getting ready to move out. The handbook can help you understand how things work, what to do if something goes wrong, and where to get support. You can also use it to learn more about your community and how to get involved.

We want to make sure the handbook works well for you, and that’s why we’re asking for your help. You know what matters most when it comes to your home, your tenancy, and day-to-day life. Your feedback will help us understand what works, what could be better, and what might be missing.

We’ll use your ideas to make the handbook clearer and easier to use. This might mean changing the words we use, adding more topics, or making the pages simpler to look at. If something’s not clear, or if something important is missing, we want to know.

How you can help

To take part, just spend some time looking through the handbook. Think about what matters most to you in your home or tenancy. For example:

  • Do you know how to report a problem?
  • Can you find help with money or bills?
  • Do you know where to get advice about safety or moving out?
  • Can you find ways to get involved in your community?

Try to find answers to questions that are important to you. Explore the different sections and see if the information is clear and easy to find.

When you’re ready, fill in our short survey. It won’t take long, and your answers will help us make the handbook better for you and others.

The Survey is open until 11th August, and in September we will look at everything you’ve told us, so that in October, we can share an update, letting you know

  • what we’ve already changed based on your ideas,
  • what we’re working on next,
  • and some ideas we’d like to use in the future.

Some suggestions might not be possible to do straight away, and some things may not work with the current website. But we’ll still read every comment and take them seriously.

We will also be reviewing all changes that we have made to our handbook and will ask for your support in testing these new functions so that they are suitable for you, our customers.
