Your Repairs Service – What We’ve Heard & What Happens Next

At Platform Property Care, your feedback is shaping the future of our repairs and maintenance service.


In our last workshop, you told us what matters most to you, including:

  • Clear communication / regular updates
  • Flexible scheduling of repairs
  • Minimised disruption to your home


We’ve listened, and now we want to share back what we’ve learned—and the steps we’re taking in response.

This session is your chance to:

  • Hear the key themes from the last workshop
  • See how your ideas are influencing our service plans
  • Give further input on areas still being developed


Your voice remains central to building a repairs service that truly works for you. Whether it’s about communication, quality, or response times, we want you to see the impact you’re making and help us keep improving.


We will be holding a 1 hour online focus group on either Tuesday 9
th September at 10.30am to 11.30am, OR on Wednesday 10th September at 1.30pm to 2.30pm. If you are interested and able to take part on either of those dates, please complete the form below by midday on Friday 29th August indicating when you are available. Please note spaces are limited.

The online focus group will be held using Microsoft Teams. You do not need an account or need to download any software to join this meeting. To take part you will need an internet capable device with a camera and microphone, access to the internet, and an email address.

Once we have received the responses and set the date and time (which will depend on the most popular choice from customers), we will be in touch again with the customers who selected the most popular date, with more information and a link to join the meeting as appropriate.

All customers taking part in this project will receive a £20 reward shopping voucher. We will send these out to you in October 2025.
