Are you interested in taking part in an online focus group about Platform Housing’s property repair services?
This is your opportunity to influence and help shape the way we deliver our responsive repairs service and grounds maintenance service in the future.
Responsive repairs are reported to Platform, usually by customers, when something is no longer working as it should, has broken, or is in need of a replacement. Grounds maintenance is the upkeep of communal green spaces, where a service charge is paid.
Our Managing Director of Platform Property Care (PPC) is currently reviewing our Business Plan and he wants to hear directly from customers about the level of service you want or expect to receive - from the first contact to the job being completed.
We will be holding a 1 hour online focus group on either Tuesday 4th March at 10.30am to 11.30am, OR on Wednesday 5th March at 1.30pm to 2.30pm. If you are interested and able to take part on either of those dates, please complete the form below by midday on Friday 21st February indicating when you are available. Please note spaces are limited.
The online focus group will be held using Microsoft Teams. You do not need an account or need to download any software to join this meeting. To take part you will need an internet capable device with a camera and microphone, access to the internet, and an email address.
Once we have received the responses and set the date and time (which will depend on the most popular choice from customers), we will be in touch again with the customers who selected the most popular date, with more information and a link to join the meeting as appropriate.
All customers taking part in this project will receive a £20 reward shopping voucher. We will send these out to you in April 2025.
We are looking forward to working with you!
