This project is now closed, we'll be sending out the invites to eligible customers and will let you know the results of the workshops
📢Join our repairs self-service pilot – your feedback matters!
We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’re working on a new way for customers to report and manage repairs through our Customer Portal.
This pilot is all about testing improvements that: ✅ Make booking repairs easier and more flexible ✅ Cut down on waiting and phone queues ✅ Help us get it right — with your help
It’s a work in progress, and that’s why we’re inviting customers like you to help shape it from the ground up.
To be eligible to take part in the pilot you need to rent a home from Platform and have an active account on 'Your Platform' customer portal.
If you are not already registered on 'Your Platform' you will need to do this before 4th June in order to take part in this project'.
We have set aside the following dates/times for online sessions:
10th June at 10am / 10th June at 4.45pm / 12th June at 10am / 12th June at 4.45pm
Each session will last approximately 45 minutes, and will involve a presentation demonstrating how the self service repairs system works. You will then be provided with your own login details and asked to complete a series of tests, at your own convenient time. The final part of this project is for you to complete the online feedback form by a specified date telling us your findings.
If you are interested and eligible to take part, please complete the form below by 4th June 2025, indicating the dates/times you are available. Please note spaces are limited. If we do not receive enough volunteers for any of the 4 sessions, we may cancel that session.
The online sessions will be held using Microsoft Teams. You do not need an account or need to download any software to join this meeting. To take part you will need an internet capable device with a camera and microphone, access to the internet, and an email address.
Once we have received the responses and set the date and time (which will depend on the most popular choice from customers), we will be in touch again with the customers who selected the most popular date, with more information and a link to join the meeting as appropriate.
All customers taking part in this project will receive a £30 reward shopping voucher. We will send these out to you in October 2025.
We are looking forward to working with you!
