We understand that delivering services in a way that suits customers is important, and we want to make sure that our policies address the needs of customers whatever their support needs are.

We have created a reasonable adjustment policy to make sure we are listening and tailoring our services to our customers needs and would like customer feedback on whether this policy covers this.

We would like you to review the attached draft policy and then complete the form here to tell us what you think.

The closing date for this project is midday on Monday 29th July. All Customer Sounding Board members who fully complete the feedback form and submit it by the deadline will receive a £5.00 Love2Shop reward voucher for this project. Please note, vouchers are sent out twice yearly in October and April.
