Creating a Buzz - Customer Survey: The Climate Transition

Tackling the climate crisis is one of the biggest global challenges of our time.

What does this mean for Platform and Platform customers? For organisations like Platform, this means improving the energy efficiency of our homes, reducing fuel poverty, and ensuring our properties are safe and healthy for our customers.

As Platform navigates the climate transition, we are conducting this survey with our customers. The survey is designed to gather your feedback on your expectations, priorities, and perspectives on climate-related issues - particularly in the ways we can improve the energy efficiency of your home. Understanding what matters most to you helps us shape our plans in a way that not only meets regulations but also reflects the values of the people and communities we serve.

How can you help? Your feedback will help us measure customers knowledge on awareness and understanding of energy efficiency, attitudes to the climate transition, how open customers are to change, and how Platform should engage with customers on these issues. Our understanding of these perspectives will help us to design customer friendly communications and solutions.

The closing date for this survey is 27th May 2026.

All participants who fully complete the survey by the closing date will be sent a packet of wildflower seeds.

To participate in this survey and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.

    This survey will form part of a research project exploring how improving energy efficiency, reducing emissions and adapting to climate change can be delivered in social housing in a way that works for residents. Your responses will help shape how we tackle these issues.
