Join Our NEW Scrutiny Workshops - How do we recruit new customers to be involved?

We’re trialling a new approach to customer scrutiny and we’d love your input! Sign up for our online pilot workshop and help shape how we recruit new customers to get involved.


Please note: This session will run on Tuesday 24th February from 5.00pm – 7.00pm.


Why take part?

  • Your voice will help shape future involvement opportunities.
  • A £20 Prezzee voucher as a thank-you.

What’s the focus?

  • Review how we promote customer involvement through our website, social media, and Platform Voices.
  • Exploring ways to encourage more customers to have their say.

In the session, you’ll:

  • Review what’s currently online.
  • Ask questions and join discussions.
  • Share feedback and recommendations to help us improve.

Workshop location:

  • Online using Microsoft Teams (please note you do not need a Microsoft account to access this session, you do need to access the internet with a device that has a camera and mic) Sign up closes 17th February


Space is limited to 15 customers, so be sure to sign up soon to secure your spot!

A member of the Customer Engagement team will contact you to confirm your place.

To participate in this workshop and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.

Please note: Customers who are members of the Customer Voice Panel are not eligible to attend Scrutiny sessions due to a conflict of interest.

Also, if you have previously attended an in-person workshop session on this subject you are not able to attend this online session, as we are trying to get as many different customers views as possible.
