Managed move policy

Platform Housing Group recognise that there may be circumstances where the only, and most effective and timely way, an exceptionally urgent housing need can be resolved for an existing customer, is using a Managed Move. In the interests of fairness to all applicants seeking housing, managed moves are kept to a minimum and will be considered when all other options have been explored.

The Lettings team have created a Managed Move Policy which will sit alongside the Lettings Policy that outlines the circumstances where a managed move may be agreed, and we would like customer feedback on whether it clearly explains how Platform deals with this occasional occurrence to meet customer needs.

We would like you to review the attached draft policy and then complete the form here to tell us what you think.

The closing date for this project is midday on Thursday 8th August. All Customer Sounding Board members who fully complete the feedback form and submit it by the deadline will receive a £5.00 Love2Shop reward voucher for this project. Please note, vouchers are sent out twice yearly in October and April.
