We want to make sure our Scrutiny Panel is representative of our whole customer group and that it is made up of customers who have the skills and time needed for this role.
As such there is a recruitment process to become a member of the Scrutiny Panel.

Colleague chat
Once you've completed this form a member of our Customer Engagement Team will be in touch to have a chat about what being a member of the panel involves. If you are still interested then they will arrange an information interview with you.
Customer Interview
We carry out an interview with all customers interested in joining the Scrutiny Panel. These are just an information conversation with two members of the Customer Engagement Team and it's designed to help us understand how you would fit with the wider panel and to give you the opportunity to learn more about being a Scrutiny Panel member.
Customer Onboarding
If you are successful in your interview we will invite you to an Introduction to Scrutiny training session. This will normally be an online session with any other new panel members who have recently been recruited. It is your chance to find out all about what's involved behind the scenes of each review our Scrutiny Panel carries out.
Getting Started
Once you have completed all of your training we will put you in touch with key members of the panel, including the Chair & Vice Chair. We'll start inviting you to panel meetings and you can start getting involved in the important work our Scrutiny Panel do.
