This project is now closed look in the documents tab for a summary of your feedback.
Many customers like you choose to contact Platform by phone, your call enters Platform’s IVR* system to handle it. When you call in and hear “You’re now going to hear three options to get you through to the right team” that’s the IVR working.
*IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response. It’s an automatic system used in call centres to interact with callers through a menu. When you call in, you get an automated greeting that guides you through options using pre-recorded messages or voice input. IVRs can route calls, provide information, and even handle simple tasks like checking account balances or changing passwords
The customer contact team want to know what you think our current IVR system and what changes you would like to see in the future . Please give us your thoughts and comments by completing this survey by clicking here: Interactive Voice Response Survey FormThe survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.
The closing date for this project is midday on Monday 7th October 2024.
All Customer Sounding Board members who fully complete the feedback form and submit it by the deadline will receive a £5 reward voucher. Please note, vouchers are sent out twice yearly in October and April.
