How do we recruit new customers to be involved?

We are keen to understand how we can get more customers involved and working with us to help shape Platform’s services. To help us recruit more customers we have been working with our customer scrutiny panel to run a series of workshops looking at the information we currently have on our website, Platform Voices and social media.

To help us understand this further, we would love to hear from any customers who were unable to attend a workshop, therefore, we have put together the survey below to get more feedback on this topic. The survey is based on the feedback we received through the workshops, but is also an opportunity for you to share your ideas on how we might be able to reshape our online offer and get more customers working with us.

NOTE:  If you attended any of the workshop sessions, please do not answer this survey.  We are trying to gather feedback from customers who were not able to attend and get as many different customers views as possible.

All participants who fully complete the survey will receive a £10 reward voucher. To participate in this survey and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.
