Draft Corporate Strategy 2026

Next year we’ll be launching a new Corporate Strategy, setting out our key focus areas and priorities between 2026-2031.

We have already gathered valuable insights from customers through our Customer Voice Panel and at the recent Customer Voice Conference. To help us further shape our draft thoughts, we want to hear from you.

What should we be focused on as an organisation? How can we continue to serve our customers, continue to build the new homes needed and continue to be a first-class employer too?

We are keen to get input from our wider customers to help us understand what matters to you. To help us do this we are inviting customers to complete a short survey sharing your thoughts and ideas on what our priorities should be.

Please read the accompanying document before you complete the survey.

It outlines the proposed draft four outcomes, three themes, and six goals of the new Strategy, along with examples of how we plan to achieve them. Each goal is broken down to provide further detail, as well as a summary of what the end-state for 2031 is for each area.

Please note this is still a work in progress so the wording is subject to change following the feedback we get.

The closing date for this survey is 8AM Monday 3 November. To thank you for your time giving us your feedback we will be offering a £5 reward to all customers who read the documents and complete the survey.
