Our Fire Safety Team has requested customers feedback on their new ‘Fire Instruction’ notice leaflets for customers in residential flats.
This leaflet has been designed to be provided to customers in our general needs flats only, where there are communal areas.
There are 2 different leaflets – 1 for ‘Simultaneous Evacuation’ and 1 for ‘Stay Put’ instructions.
Platform Housing have a legal requirement to provide majority of the content of the fire safety information on these leaflets, but we want your feedback on whether it is being presented in the right way and whether the information is clear.

The closing date for this survey is midday on Tuesday 23rd June 2026.
