We are currently developing a 3-5 year investment programme to guide how we invest, improve and maintain your homes and neighbourhoods.
We want to ensure that this plan reflects not only what the data tells us, but what you, our customers, think is important.
That’s why we are asking for your feedback on our Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Plan - the approach we'll use to listen, consult and work with you over the coming months.
This includes areas like:
Major repairs and replacements (roofs, windows, kitchens, bathrooms etc.)
Sustainability and energy efficiency upgrades
We don’t want to make these decisions alone. Your views matter!
What is this plan about?
The plan sets out how we'll engage with:
Customers, to understand what matters most in your home and community
Our internal teams, to make sure that services are joined up
Local partners and contractors, to ensure that we deliver on time and to a high standard.
The key dates where your voice will help shape, review and confirm our investment priorities.
The ways we'll gather feedback such as surveys, workshops, customer panels and neighbourhood meetings.

Prioritise what matters to you
Reduce disruption by planning works in a way that first local needs
Improve trust, by being clear, transparent and accountable in how we make decisions
