Our Lettings team has recently put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help customers understand the lettings process more easily.

We’d like your help to check whether the FAQs are clear and easy to follow, so that everyone knows what to expect at each stage.

Please read the attached documents and fill in the survey. Your feedback will help us to:

  • Show which parts of the FAQs are clear and useful
  • Identify anything that is confusing, unclear, or missing
  • Make sure the information supports applicants throughout their lettings journey
  • Check that our policies and processes are explained in a customer‑friendly way

Your responses will help us improve the final published version of the Lettings FAQs. Based on what you tell us, we may:

  • Reword or simplify complex sections
  • Add missing information
  • Make the document more accessible by clarifying any areas that commonly cause confusion

The closing date for this survey is Wednesday 15th April. To thank you for your time giving us your feedback we will be offering a £5.00 reward to all customers who fully complete the survey.
