Become an Estate Inspector – Join Our Trial

Do you care about your local area and want to help keep your building safe, clean, and tidy? We're inviting customers to take part in a trial of our Estate Inspector role – where you'll monitor our grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services to help us improve our performance

As an Estate Inspector, you’ll:

✅ Complete a short online form
✅ Score services like window cleaning and grounds maintenance
✅ Share feedback that helps us improve

We’ve worked with customers from the Customer Scrutiny Panel to design this process, and now we’re ready to trial it before rolling it out across Platform.

What You’ll Receive:

  • 🗺️ Map – showing the area to inspect
  • 📘 Photobook – outlining the service standards
  • 📝 Feedback Form – to score your area and add comments

Once submitted, your feedback will be reviewed by the Estates team to identify areas for improvement.

    We will open the online meeting 10 minutes before the start time, to allow you to join and test your camera and mic, so we can start the meeting on time.  The meeting will be recorded for internal use only, and your attendance at the meeting confirms your consent to the recording. You do not need a Microsoft Teams account to join this meeting.

     

    The session is scheduled to last approximately 45 minutes and will involve a presentation demonstrating how the Estate Inspectors works. You will then be provided with the information you need to complete the inspection, outside of that meeting, at your own convenient time. The final part of this project will be for you to complete the online feedback form by a specified date telling us your findings of the tests.
