Customer Conferences - Autumn 2026

We’re putting local customer voices at the heart of what we do. We want to listen to the people who know their communities best – YOU!

We are excited to announce the details of our Customer Conferences being held in October and November 2026. We are holding a conference in each of our three localities:

Thursday 22nd October 2026, 10am-3.30pm, at Worcester Cricket Club, New Road, WR2 4QQ.

Thursday 5th November 2026, 10am-3.30pm, at The Arden Hotel, Coventry Road, Solihull, B92 0EH.

Wednesday 11th November 2026, 10am-3.30pm, Kelham House Country Manor Hotel, Main Street, Kelham, NG23 5QP.

We'd love to see you there! Spaces are limited, so if you'd like to come along to the conference nearest you, let us know by either:

Email us at involved@platformhg.com telling us your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any dietary requirements and/or accessibility needs,

OR complete the form below.

Closing date for registrations is: Worcester - 8th October, Solihull - 22nd October, Kelham, Nottinghamshire - 28th October.

All customers attending will receive a £25 gift voucher.

We will reimburse all reasonable travel expenses to/from your nearest conference. Please note all travel expenses must be agreed with our Customer Engagement Team in advance of the conference.
