At Platform we are currently exploring the option of creating a customer app.
A “customer app” is an application (usually mobile or web‑based) designed for customers tointeract with a company’s products, services, or support. Customer apps are most commonly accessed using your smart phone or a tablet and are downloaded from app stores directly onto your device. Customer Apps are free of charge and without subscription costs.
We would like to understand how customers would feel about using an app and what features they would value from it.
