The Home Ownership Team would like to thank customers for their consideration. Customer Feedback on the Leaseholders Guide asked for small changes to the layout of the document and emphasis of a key point. These changes are being implemented and the final version of the guide is in production and will be added to the documents widget when complete.

The Home Ownership Team have asked us to review their Leaseholders Guide (Clarence Park Retirement Village)

The homes in Clarence Park are sold with a leasehold agreement, so the guide is intended to complement each customer’s individual lease and provide “at a glance” information as well as where to find the information in their lease. The Shared Ownership team want to find out if it is easy for customers to find information about their home, if anything could be explained more simply, and if there is anything missing

It is intended that this leaflet will be delivered only to customers who live at Clarence Park.

The closing date for this project is midday on Tuesday 24^th September 2024.

All Customer Sounding Board members who fully complete the feedback form and submit it by the deadline will receive a £5 reward voucher. Please note, vouchers are sent out twice yearly in October and April.
