*Feedback for this project has now closed. Thank you to all those who completed the survey. We will provide an update on the changes made based on customer feedback in due course.
From 27 October 2025, a new law called Awaab’s Law will come into force. It was introduced after the tragic death of two-year-old Awaab Ishak, who died because of damp and mould in his home. The law exists to make sure every customer has a safe, healthy home and that landlords act quickly when problems are reported.
As part of the preparation for Awaab's Law, Platform have been working on a series of customer communications which are aimed at raising awareness of the law and what it means for customers.
We want to ensure these communications are clear, easy to understand and leave customers reassured as to how we will handle any reports of damp & mould and so we are looking for customers to review the documents and give us their feedback.
This project will close on Thursday 2nd October.
To participate in this survey/focus group and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.
