THIS SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO TOOK PART.
What are ‘Aids & Adaptations’? Aids and adaptations are changes made to a customer’s home to help them live safely and independently. This could include things like grab rails, ramps, stairlifts, or changes to bathrooms or kitchens.
Why are we doing this? We want to make sure our aids and adaptations service is as supportive and straightforward as possible. By learning from customers, we can improve how requests are managed and make sure the service truly meets people’s needs.
How does the process work?
Minor adaptations (such as grab rails) can be requested in the same way as a repair.
Major adaptations (such as stairlifts or bathroom conversions) usually need an occupational therapy assessment and funding approval before we can proceed.
What do we need from you? We’d like to understand your expectations of the service, from how you ask for help, to the information provided, to how updates should be given.
Your feedback will help us shape improvements and make sure the service work better for you and other customers.
Please complete our survey below to let us know your thoughts and any changes you would like to see.
To participate in this survey/focus group and receive rewards, you must be a Platform customer.
