Do you know someone who deserves recognition for the work they do in their community? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Every day across our communities, remarkable people are doing incredible things from helping neighbours and running activities, to supporting the environment, or creating more inclusive spaces.
What they all have in common is that they represent the power of people.
The Platform Community Heroes Awardscelebrate the customers, volunteers, groups and partners who go above and beyond to support others. Whether as individuals or as part of a team, these everyday heroes show us the power of people – and how much stronger our communities can be when we work together.
Categories for the awards are:
Going the Extra Mile Award
Young Person Award (up to age 25)
Customer Involvement Award (someone already in a registered role with Platform)
Community Partnership Award
NEWGreen Impact Award
NEW Celebrating Diversity Award
Nominees must either live in Platform homes, or volunteer for Platform. The one exception to this is the Community Partnership Award, which is open to any individual or group making a difference for Platform communities.
You will need to check that the person you would like to nominate is happy for you to go ahead, as we will want to share their story.
